What is your COVID-19 policy?

Are caregivers vetted before coming to my home?

Yes. We pay close attention to everyone we staff as we know just how important it is to have someone trustworthy visiting your home. Thorough background checks are performed by a reliable third-party company, and we perform drug screenings.

Do caregivers assist with medical issues? Can they help around the house?

We do not provide medical services. However, we are qualified and experienced in caring for patients with medical conditions. We can assist with exercises, remind patients to take medication, and other health-related tasks. Housework is included in our service. Can caregivers assist with medical appointments and running errands?

Yes. The caregivers are required to have a clean driving record and a reliable form of transportation so that they can bring you to and from engagements and help you run errands.

Can caregivers come to an assisted living or senior residential facility?

Yes. The staff frequently visits these types of facilities in addition to private homes.

What if I need assistance after normal business hours?

We are available on nights, weekends, and holidays, 24/7/365. Our rates are the same no matter when you use our services.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of hours I need to book?

There may be a minimum depending on your area. Please call for more information.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may pause or cancel services at any time. Please give 24 hours of notice if you want to cancel a visit to avoid being billed for services.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

Do you accept insurance plans or Medicare?

We accept many long-term care insurance policies. Please call us to make sure our services are covered under your plan.
